Last weekend, Michael Jackson's greatest hits came back to life in Rotterdam Ahoy. This year marks the 15th anniversary of The King of Pop's death, to celebrate the occasion, a special live tribute to Michael Jackson was performed in Ahoy.

Custom solutions

Supported by a band of 15 musicians and a large group of dancers, it was a big spectacle. All of Michael Jackson’s greatest hits passed by. To make this show extra unique, we provided various solutions. In the centre of the stage, we supplied a large LED screen, built with the Absen Spider 8. To the right and left of the stage there were LED screens, also built with the Absen Spider 8 panels.

Live registration

Our involvement extended beyond visual installations. We were also responsible for the live registration of the performances. To ensure that no one missed a beat, we filmed and broadcasted the acts live on the screens. For this service, we provided the cameras, skilled camera operators, and a portable production unit for seamless directing.
